Thabo Molefi Ntseare

Thabo Molefi Ntseare is a dynamic leader with extensive experience in property investment and development. As the CEO of Uhambo REIT and COO of the Nthwese Property Group, Thabo has been instrumental in driving both organisations to success. Under his leadership, Nthwese's property portfolio grew to R3.5bn, with 260,804 sqm of GLA, while Uhambo REIT now holds a portfolio valued at approximately R3bn.

His strategic insight, developed through his career in credit and structured finance at Rand Merchant Bank (RMB), has been critical in securing significant funding and managing complex financial operations. He is a chartered accountant and ex-banker.

Lebogang Edward Seabelo

Lebogang Edward Seabelo is an experienced Public Policy Specialist with in-depth expertise in South Africa’s political economy. Over the years, he has served in advisory positions within the Gauteng Provincial Government, offering strategic advice to the MEC in the Department of Economic Development and the Department of Finance.

He holds a Bachelor of Political Science (BPolsci) with a focus on Political Science, International Relations and Economics from the University of Pretoria.

Martin Benkenstein

Martin's business was established in Muscat, Oman in 1972 and he has been actively involved in trade and infrastructural projects between the Middle East and Africa for more than five decades.

He was closely involved in projects including the 7 Star Jumeira Beach Hotel, Jebel Ali G-Station, Ras Laffan GTL Plant and Durrat Al Bahrain. Current activities include BAPCO Refined Fuels, SANTOS OMAN Refined Fuels and ADNOC Refined Fuels.
